FOUNDER'S STORY

“I wanted my journey out of the community to become a bridge back to it.”

Md. Irfan Khan was born in Kalapani School Camp, Mirpur and raised in Geneva Camp, Mohammadpur in Bangladesh. His own educational journey took him from the community to higher education and eventually into professional life. He completed his BBA in Marketing and subsequently earned an MBA in Marketing. With more than a decade of professional experience in international sales, business development and strategic planning, he continued to maintain a strong connection with community development and volunteerism.

In 2024, he established DEEN Foundation to create opportunities for underserved communities, with particular emphasis on education, empowerment and livelihoods.

His philosophy is simple:
Personal progress becomes more meaningful when it creates opportunities for others.
